As an IT PMO - Portfolio Lead, you will design and implement consistent PMO (Portfolio Management Office) best practices for portfolios and programmes that enable successful and timely delivery of IT commitments to the business, and execute portfolio, programmes and project level reporting for senior management. Implement and uphold overall funding governance, monitor and track portfolio performance and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders to make correct investment decisions. Provide necessary support on tools and process training, coaching, mentoring and quality assurance. This role is also involved with the chapter's improvement initiatives and definition of processes that ensures alignment to the organisation's standards and strategic objectives.
In this role, you will
Drive a change in the ways of working by building strong relationships and networks with managers, executives and other key stakeholders to transform the traditional PMO into a Lean PMO and lead the move to objective milestones and Lean budgeting principles.
Act as a communication and advisory liaison regarding strategy and ensure strong collaboration and partnership between PMO and Product Delivery Managers and Product Delivery heads (VPs) in delivering the promises made to the business. Serve as a central point of contact for assigned internal and external communications.
