What You Will Do
Join the Raytheon team within our Hardware Electrical Engineering Organization responsible for the design, test, manufacture, and mission support of advanced electrical subsystems utilized in extreme battlefield environments. In this role, you will contribute to cutting-edge technologies spanning target detection and tracking, guidance, navigation, digital signal processing, and communications. Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, you will apply rigorous engineering processes to solve complex hardware challenges, engineer high-reliability circuit card assemblies (CCAs), and advance solutions from design through lab integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, model, and analyze electrical subsystems, components, and circuit card assemblies (CCAs) across broad mission architectures.
Support guidance section electronics development, including subsystem integration, test conduction, and GPS/IMU interface support.
Perform system-level and circuit-level electrical analysis, simulation, and component evaluations.
Execute hands-on integration, characterization, and troubleshooting of electronic hardware within laboratory and production environments.
