Job Summary We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Kitchen Supervisor to help lead our kitchen team and make sure every shift runs smoothly. This person will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and customer service while supporting and supervising kitchen staff. The expected pay rate is $28.00/hour. Your activities Supervise and support kitchen staff during daily operations. Assign stations, delegate tasks, and keep the team organized during busy periods. Ensure food is prepared consistently, safely, and according to company standards. Monitor food quality, portion sizes, presentation, and ticket times. Maintain proper food storage, labeling, temperature control, and sanitation procedures. Help manage inventory, deliveries, prep levels, and minimize food waste. Train new employees and coach existing team members. Handle kitchen issues quickly and professionally. Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house staff. Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and fully prepared for each shift.
