Job overview and responsibilities
This role is responsible for delivering end to end analytical results as a part of the team as well as in individual capacity. The role requires strategic thinking, strong work ethics and passion for data and analytics with the willingness to dig deep into details. Being organized, disciplined and dedicated towards consistently generating high quality outputs are the keys to success in this role
Analyze operational/commercial performance of United’s schedule and make recommendations to improve efficacy/margins
Help develop strategic plans for maximizing long term margin potential for the network
Analyze fleet deployment to maximize revenue and minimize costs
Ensure the short-term schedule is operable
Help the team continuously develop and demonstrate improved analysis methodologies
Create and develop presentations for United leadership and external stakeholders
Perform ad-hoc analyses on the United Airlines route network and fleet
