The only thing missing: You. The IT department is working on various initiatives and OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) across the globe. To achieve these goals together, we need clear, target-group-specific communication and engagement channels that actively involve leadership levels. As part of the IT organization, you will support building transparency and encourage interaction through the development of a modern digital communication ecosystem. To do this, you will primarily use Microsoft 365 tools, such as Viva Engage (Communities) as a social intranet/community channel.
