Trưởng Ban Khai Thác Phục Vụ Mặt Đất/ Ground Operations Team Leader

• Chịu trách nhiệm chung về mọi hoạt động của Ban Khai thác PVMĐ, đảm bảo các hoạt động tuân thủ các yêu cầu về an ninh, an toàn và chất lượng.

• Tham mưu, hỗ trợ Trưởng Phòng trong công tác điều hành, giám sát và hỗ trợ hoạt động cung cấp dịch vụ phục vụ mặt đất, đồng thời triển khai các dịch vụ mới cho khách hàng.

• Phối hợp với các phòng/ban trong công tác điều hành, phục vụ mặt đất, phục vụ sân đỗ và quản lý trang thiết bị, đảm bảo hoàn thành các mục tiêu, kế hoạch của Airport NEO.

• Kiểm soát hoạt động dịch vụ mặt đất của các đơn vị liên quan, đảm bảo chuyến bay được phục vụ an toàn, chính xác và hiệu quả.

• Phối hợp với các bộ phận chức năng của VietJet và các đơn vị bên ngoài như nhà khai thác cảng, quản lý bay trong công tác trao đổi thông tin và điều hành phục vụ chuyến bay.

• Kiểm tra, giám sát công tác phục vụ bay hàng ngày của các phòng/ban tại Airport NEO.

• Triển khai và giám sát việc tuân thủ các quy định chuyên môn, an ninh và an toàn trong quá trình cung cấp dịch vụ mặt đất.

• Kiểm soát, điều phối hoặc phân công nhân sự phụ trách hoạt động A-CDM tại sân bay.

• Quản lý các hợp đồng dịch vụ cảng, dịch vụ thuê ngoài và các cam kết về chất lượng dịch vụ.

• Kiểm soát, giám sát và đánh giá chất lượng các dịch vụ thuê ngoài.

• Theo dõi và giám sát các chỉ tiêu khai thác chính tại khu vực sân đỗ, bao gồm OTP/TAT.

• Xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ hiệu quả với các đơn vị nội bộ và bên ngoài nhằm nâng cao hình ảnh và hiệu quả hoạt động của công ty.

• Đảm bảo an toàn và an ninh luôn là ưu tiên hàng đầu trong mọi hoạt động khai thác.

• Chủ trì xử lý các tình huống bất thường trong quá trình phục vụ bay.

• Chủ trì nghiên cứu, xây dựng, triển khai và kiểm tra các quy trình, tiêu chuẩn nhằm kiểm soát chất lượng hoạt động của đơn vị.

• Tham gia các cuộc họp quản lý, đảm bảo các vấn đề quan trọng được báo cáo đến Ban Giám đốc và các thông tin phản hồi được triển khai đến nhân viên.

• Xác định nhu cầu tuyển dụng, đào tạo, thuyên chuyển và xây dựng kế hoạch phát triển nhân sự của đơn vị.

• Triển khai và giám sát việc thực hiện các chế độ, chính sách nhằm đảm bảo quyền lợi người lao động theo quy định của pháp luật và Công ty.

• Tham gia công tác đào tạo, huấn luyện nội bộ.

• Thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ và đột xuất về hoạt động khai thác cho Ban Giám đốc.

• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Ban Giám đốc.

• Take overall responsibility for the operations of the Ground Operations Team, ensuring compliance with security, safety and quality requirements.

• Advise and assist the Aviation Operations Manager in operating, supervising and supporting ground handling service activities, as well as implementing new services for customers.

• Coordinate with relevant departments on ground operations, ramp services and ground support equipment management to achieve Airport NEO’s objectives and plans.

• Control ground handling activities of relevant departments to ensure flights are served safely, accurately and efficiently.

• Coordinate with VietJet functional departments and external parties, including airport operators and Air Traffic Control, to ensure effective information exchange and flight operations management.

• Monitor and supervise the daily flight handling activities of Airport NEO departments.

• Implement and supervise compliance with professional, security and safety regulations throughout the ground handling process.

• Control, coordinate or assign personnel responsible for A-CDM activities at the airport.

• Manage airport service contracts, outsourced service contracts and service level agreements.

• Control, monitor and measure the quality of outsourced services.

• Monitor and supervise key Airport NEO operational targets at the apron area, including OTP/TAT.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company’s image and operational efficiency.

• Ensure safety and security remain the highest priorities in all company operations.

• Lead the handling of irregular situations during flight operations.

• Lead the development, implementation and review of operational procedures and standards to control the quality of the team’s performance.

• Participate in management meetings to ensure key operational issues are communicated to the Board of Directors and feedback is properly recorded and communicated to relevant employees.

• Identify staffing needs related to recruitment, training and employee transfers, and develop employee development plans for the team.

• Implement and supervise company policies and labor-related regulations to ensure employee benefits are properly maintained.

• Participate in internal staff training and coaching activities.

• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc operational reports for the Board of Directors.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
