1. Trình độ chuyên môn

• Có các chứng chỉ nghề nghiệp liên quan bao gồm ATPL.
• Có chứng chỉ nghiệp vụ sư phạm.

2. Kinh nghiệm

• Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc vị trí Phi công
• Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc với vai trò là giáo
  viên được tổ chức có thẩm quyền phê chuẩn.
• Kinh nghiệm thiết kế bài giảng, đánh giá kết quả học tập học
  viên, quản lý hồ sơ và tài liệu đào tạo.

3. Kiến thức chuyên ngành

• Nắm vững quy định ICAO, CAAV, EASA và các tiêu chuẩn huấn
  luyện phi công.
• Kiến thức về quản lý chương trình đào tạo, đánh giá hiệu quả
  học tập.

4. Khả năng am hiểu

• Thành thạo tiếng Anh, tối thiểu ICAO Level 4.
• Am hiểu rõ ngành hàng không và các tiêu chuẩn đào tạo trong
  lĩnh vực hàng không.
• Khả năng truyền đạt lý thuyết rõ ràng, hướng dẫn học viên áp
  dụng vào thực hành.

5. Yêu cầu khác

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình.
• Kỹ năng vi tính văn phòng (soạn thảo slide bài giảng, soạn
  thảo văn bản…).
• Sẵn sàng làm việc ngoài giờ hoặc đi công tác khi có yêu cầu.

1. Education: *

• Having required
  professional certificates including ATPL
  
• Train the Trainer
  certificate (Pedagogy certificate issued by recognized training organization).

2. Job related experience

• At least 3 years of
  experience working as a pilot
  
• Minimum 1 year of
  experience working as an authority approved instructor
  
• Experience in
  designing lesson plans, evaluating student learning outcomes, and managing
  training records and materials.

3. Specific knowledge

• Thorough knowledge of
  ICAO, CAAV, and EASA regulations, as well as pilot training standards.
  
• Knowledge of training
  program management and learning effectiveness evaluation

4. Business understanding:

• Proficient utilization
  of English, minimum of ICAO Level4.
  
• Good knowledge of
  aviation industry and aviation training standards.
  
• Ability to clearly
  convey theoretical knowledge and guide students in applying it to practical
  training.

5. Other requirements:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in office
  computer skills (preparing lecture slides, writting documents, etc.).
  Willing
  to work overtime or travel for business when required
