TOT Engineer

Position Description

Being a training specialist in BM and LM. Deliver training to HAECO staff for their competency. Co-ordinate external training and soft skill training. Manage potential certifying staff development programme. Manage trainee/direct entry staff training development program. Lead departmental development project and assist BM & LM improvement projects implementation.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality in-house training to frontline staff to ensure the required level of competency.
• Develop, review, and update training syllabi and training materials.
• Handle training requests and identify training needs from BM and LM departments.
• Coordinate Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and HKIA training programmes.
• Manage development and training programmes for trainees and direct-entry staff.
• Provide recommendations and solutions for safety-related issues in aircraft maintenance operations.
• Assist in manpower planning and budget management as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance / training or equivalent
• Acquired Degree in engineering or equivalent, OR Passed HKAR-147 Category A Basic Training or equivalent.
• Fully follow and enforce safety policies and maintenance procedures.
• Identify and reporting unsafe acts, perform unsafe acts diagnosis and provide recommendation.
• Positive attitude and proactively motivate staff.
• With excellent presentation skill to share the training information.
• Passed combined certificate for safety & health supervisor is an advantage.
• Passed Human Factor Training or equivalent is an advantage.
• Passed Hong Kong Aviation Legislation Training or equivalent is an advantage.
• Proficiency of using Microsoft O365 & Learning Management System (LMS) is an advantage.
