1. Education:
• Graduated with at least a Technical Intermediate or higher degree in Aviation Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Telecommunications Electronics, Electrical - Electronics, or related technical fields.
2. Professional knowledge/skills:
• Have solid knowledge about aviation. Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with the IAW procedure approved
• Must be able to complete the Aircraft Maintenance Engineer basic training modules as required by CAAV
3. Language skills:
• Good spoken and written English with the ability to understand technical documents. TOEIC 350 or higher
4. Soft skills:
• Work effectively under supervision to create a culture of accountability
• Counsel with others, Create unity
5. Other requirements:
• Overtime required, be able to work under high pressure, have good health conditions
