As a Supervisor Disassembly Line Module, you will be responsible for leading and developing an efficient team of 10 to 15 employees. As a leader, you will serve as the main point of contact for matters related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost, as well as for communication and coordination with various departments across the SR Technics organization.

Your tasks

  • Ensure a safe and compliant working environment by adhering to all applicable safety, health, environmental, airworthiness, SR Technics, and regulatory requirements
  • Plan, assign, and monitor work orders and resources according to workload demands, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution of tasks
  • Organize and coordinate the required equipment, tools, and work documentation to support smooth operational processes
  • Actively manage personnel resources and qualifications while promoting training and development initiatives to ensure successful order fulfillment and employee growth
  • Apply continuous improvement and lean methodologies to achieve departmental objectives, while continuously reviewing and optimizing the processes under your responsibility
  • Foster a performance-driven team culture through regular goal reviews, active performance management, and employee motivation
  • Demonstrate a willingness to collaborate across departments and support other SR Technics divisions as needed

Your Profile

  • Completed technical vocational training or equivalent technical qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) industry, with comprehensive knowledge of operational activities
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Good command of English (minimum B1 level) and German (C1 level or higher)
  • Practical knowledge and experience in implementing Lean methodologies
  • Additional training or qualifications in administration are considered an advantage.
