Supervisor Customer Service (m/f/diverse)

• Act as primary contact for internal and external customers, providing expert guidance and premium service
• Support the Customer Service Lead with scheduling, staffing and training
• Serve as team go-to person, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards
• Design, manage and monitor tailor-made air, road and rail transport solutions
• Ensure smooth customs clearance and shipment execution
• Coordinate transport partners and implement contingency solutions
• Support reporting, documentation and KPI compliance
• Co-manage customer bookings and support international logistics projects, tenders and branches as part of a central competence team

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field, or vocational diploma with 5+ years’ experience
• 5+ years of experience in logistics/supply chain; Life Sciences, Automotive or High-Tech experience is a plus
• Strong customer focus, communication and problem-solving skills
• Independent, solution-oriented, reliable and team-oriented
• Very good Thai and good English skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work shifts, including mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays

Open to local and international candidates with a valid Thai work permit. Relocation expenses are not covered.
