Specialist Facility Management

Responsibilities

The position holder will have the following responsibilities:

• Design, dimensioning, and optimization of technical installations
• Preparation of technical concepts, calculations, and tender documentation
• Management of projects across all phases, including design, execution, and commissioning
• Coordination with internal departments and external partners (consultants, contractors, suppliers)
• Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and safety requirements
• Conducting system assessments and identifying energy efficiency improvements
• Supporting budget planning and monitoring cost control

Requirements

• A degree in Building Services Engineering (HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or Energy Engineering)
• 2–5 years of professional experience in facility management or in building services sector
• Good knowledge of relevant standards, codes, and regulations
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• A proactive and motivated mindset with a high level of commitment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Structured, solution-oriented, and reliable working style
• Language skills: English is required; Luxembourgish, French, or German are considered an advantage
