Responsible for leading and participating in the development of software projects, providing technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and ensuring the quality and scalability of the codebase. This role often plays a key role in architecture decisions, code reviews, and mentoring, aiming to deliver high-quality, efficient, and maintainable software solutions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to continuously improve technical skills.
• Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software issues.
• Contribute to the development of APIs, web services, and automation solutions.
• Help create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and system documentation.
• Learn and apply modern development practices, tools, and technologies.
• Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities under the guidance of senior team members.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (completed or in progress).
• 1 to 3 years of experience in software development or related technical roles.
• Basic knowledge of software development concepts, including frontend and backend technologies, APIs, databases, and web services.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or similar.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and coding best practices.
• Interest in automation, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and conversational).
• Relevant technical certifications or ongoing technical training are a plus.
