Within this Global network, MTU Maintenance Dallas provides hospital shop and on-site maintenance services. The Cleaning, Inspection & Repair (CIR) Manager ensures operational readiness of the CIR area in alignment with OEM, regulatory, and customer requirements. This includes the planning, control and economical implementation of the cleaning line, NDT and Inspection area in accordance with the company quality, environmental, health & safety policy.Your tasksSupport the planning, design, and implementation of a new CIR capability for engine MRODefine and establish cleaning, inspection, and repair processes, ensuring compliance with OEM and industry standardsSpecify , procure, and oversee the installation of cleaning line equipment (e.g . chemical baths, ultrasonic, washing systemsCollaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure efficient workflow and process integrationDefine key performance metrics for CIR operations and establish continuous improvement initiatives Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructionsEnsure all CIR processes comply with FAA & EASA and environmental regulationsDrive cost, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) improvements while maintaining high safety standardsWork with suppliers and equipment manufacturers to optimize chemical usage, waste management, and sustainability practicesDevelop training programs for CIR technicians, ensuring proper certification and competencySupport customer audits, regulatory inspections, and internal compliance reviewsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to CIR personnelManage budgets, cost projections, and investment plans for the CIR shopFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementYour profileRequired Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience in CIR operations, engine MRO, or aerospace manufacturingKnowledge in chemical cleaning and mechanical cleaning techniquesStrong knowledge of aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, OEM standards) and environmental complianceDemonstrated experience in project management, lean manufacturing, and process optimizationExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience with OEM authorized MRO facilities (e.g .
