What are your contributions to the team?

• Analyze, identify and propose process improvements adapted to requirements.
• Guide the team in solving complex problems.
• Interact with different organizations to ensure consistency in the solutions proposed.
• Provide visibility on project progress by creating and following project schedules.
• Facilitate problem solving, ensure the involvement of all stakeholders and achieve effective resolution.
• Manage a portfolio of projects related to site improvement.
• Work in a multifunctional environment in which you interact with all levels of management.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have between 10 and 15 years of experience in project management and aerospace.
• You hold a bachelor's degree in project management or a related field.
• You have experience managing product changes.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English, with training and mentoring capabilities.
• You have demonstrated leadership.
• You have strong analytical skills and business acumen, planning, problem solving and good interpersonal skills.
• You must have a sense of organization, time management and demonstrate autonomy.
• You master MS Project, Visio and have experience in VSM, Swimlane and process mapping.
• You speak French and English, bilingual.
