In order to be considered for this role, the essential things we need from you are

• Deliver high-quality passenger service at check-in, boarding, arrivals, and special service areas, ensuring compliance with Emirates standards and procedures.
• Coordinate boarding activities, flight documentation, and post-flight reconciliation to support safe and on-time departures.
• Provide guidance to team members and oversee operational areas to maintain service excellence and efficiency.
• Liaise with service providers, including Chauffeur Drive and Ground Handling Agents, to ensure seamless passenger support and baggage handling.
• Manage passenger issues relating to baggage, visas, excess baggage, delays, disruptions, and denied boarding, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
• Prepare and complete operational reports, statistics, and flight documentation while maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and promptly report any operational incidents or equipment damage.
• Act as deputy to the Check-in Supervisor when required, including conducting flight briefings and allocating resources.
• Provide support at the Ticket Desk during staffing shortages and carry out credit card verification and travel document checks.

Qualification

• Secondary education or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in airport passenger services operations.
• Working knowledge of Departure Control Systems (DCS).
• Completion of professional training in Passenger Services and Ground Operations.
• Knowledge of Reservations and Ticketing would be an advantage.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Danish.
