As a Digital Manufacturing consultant, you will support our IT team located in Jasionka. You will work in a dynamic project environment and play an active role in shaping the digital future of our manufacturing processes.Your responsibilities:Supporting and implementing MES solutions within SAP DM, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, go-live and subsequent operation of the applications.Taking technical responsibility for solutions and further developing a company-wide template approach within the SAP DM and manufacturing environment.Collaborating with systems in the production context, such as SAP S/4 (including PP, PM and EWM), and SCADA systems, to ensure consistent digital process chains.Preparation and implementation of workshops with specialist departments and production areas to find solutions.Technical management and control of internal and external project teams.Working closely with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into clear technical conceptsCreating project concepts, technical specifications and documentation.Supporting the team in third-level support and ensuring stable and efficient system operation.Resource planning and project control in coordination with IT project management.Flexible working in changing areas of responsibility – you enjoy familiarizing yourself quickly with new topics and contributing innovative ideas.Our requirements:A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Automation Technology, or a comparable technical qualification.In-depth knowledge of the SAP DM system.Experience in classic and agile project management (e.g. waterfall, Scrum).Analytical thinking and a structured approach, as well as a proactive and forward-looking way of workingStrong communication skills in English when communicating with technical experts and management.High willingness to learn and interest in new technologies, standards and modern IT architecturesEnjoyment of teamwork and active involvement in shaping a young, dynamic teamWillingness to travel for projectsGood knowledge of MS Office (Visio and PowerPoint), Confluence and Jira.BenefitsWork in an international environment with access to global expertise and best practices in the aviation industryAnnual and long-term bonus schemeAn organizational culture based on trust, collaboration, and mutual supportStable employment in a well-established company.
