As an HR IT Inhouse Consultant for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, you will actively contribute to the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of our HR application landscape. Your focus will be on evaluating business requirements, implementing technical solutions, supporting existing HR systems, and driving the transformation toward modern cloud-based HR platforms. Following successful implementations, you will also be responsible for supporting and enhancing newly introduced HR applications.Your responsibilities:Analyze and evaluate business requirements and identify suitable solution approaches within SAP HCM and SuccessFactorsDesign and implement technical solutions in SAP HCM, including system customization and configurationSupport IT and business transformation projects as an SAP HCM / HR IT Consultant and take ownership of assigned work packagesMaintain and enhance the existing SAP HCM environment, with a focus on Time Management and Organizational Management as deputySupport and further develop workforce planning applications based on SAP HCM and portal technologiesSupport, optimize, and continuously improve SuccessFactors Talent Management modules after implementationConfigure and maintain SuccessFactors Talent Management solutionsSupport SuccessFactors release management activities, including impact assessments and testingCreate and maintain documentation for IT processes, system configurations, and technical solutionsCollaborate closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and HR-IT Architects to ensure sustainable and future-oriented solutionsOur requirements:University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification through relevant professional experienceSeveral years of hands-on experience working with SAP HR solutions, particularly:SAP HCMSAP SuccessFactorsStrong understanding of HR business processes and their technical implementationSolid expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors configuration and supportExperience in HR system transformations and cloud-based HR solutions is highly desirableStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skillsHigh level of ownership, initiative, and accountabilityAbility to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environmentStrong team spirit, commitment, and resilienceNative Polish, Fluent English skills (written and spoken)BenefitsWork in an international environment with access to global expertise and best practices in the aviation industryAnnual and long-term bonus schemeAn organizational culture based on trust, collaboration, and mutual supportStable employment in a well-established company.
