Reporting to the Principal, Sales Enablement - International, this position is responsible for providing agency support within the Sales Enablement and Sales Support work teams. The individual will manage travel agency inquiries and requests and offer the highest level of support and service. This position will collaborate extensively with Sales stakeholders including Sales Operations, Support, and Planning teams, along with communications and local project teams to facilitate the efficient execution of our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support Key Account Agents and B2B customers in Brazil and Latin America region.
- Responsible for inbound emails and support queues for contracted leisure travel agencies, TMCs, OTAs, Corporates, and more.
- Manage group reservations and ticketing.
- Effectively conduct work relating to individual PNRs and ticketing.
- Proficiency with Air Canada ticket policies and rules.
- Develop and distribute B2B communications.
- Communicate internally and externally about promotional fares/products.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises with OAL.
- Prepare sales reports from various sources.
- Track figures and perform sales statistics analysis.
- Prepare and update product presentations for the Sales Team.
- Consolidate figures and data to support review meetings and strategic sales decisions.
- Assist the Sales Team in outside activities, such as roadshows, trade fairs, and product presentations.
- Coordinate sales events.
- Handle and follow up with various Air Canada vendors.
- Perform BSP duties, including managing ticket authority and reviewing invoices with remuneration.
Qualifications
- Tourism, Marketing or Administration diploma/degree.
- Sales support and reservations/ticketing experience, preferably in the airline or tourism industry.
- Experience with Amadeus Altea.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent work ethic and positive team spirit.
- Strong customer orientation, results oriented, excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Concise writing style.
- Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities.
- Ability to work full time.
- Must be willing to travel and work at night, weekends and holidays when requested.
- Right to live and work in Brazil.
- Portuguese and English fluency required. Spanish a major asset.
Conditions of Employment

Linguistic Requirements
Fluent in English & Portuguese language, oral and written. Spanish and other languages are an asset.
