Tasks

As a Release Train Engineer / Agile Coach (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the following:

  • Agile Release Train Management & Development: Together with Product Management, you will manage and continuously develop one of our ARTs, bringing innovations to our customers quickly.
  • IT Strategy & Organizational Development: You will develop and implement strategies that make our IT organization fit for the future and align it optimally with our business objectives.
  • Analysis & Optimization: You will analyze our IT structures, identify targeted areas for improvement, and implement sustainable measures to enhance performance.
  • Event Facilitation & Delivery Excellence: You will facilitate key ART events, create alignment and transparency across all teams, and make a significant contribution to excellent delivery results.
  • Coaching & Promoting Agility: You will support and coach teams and leaders on their journey towards agile excellence, establish methods such as SAFe and other agile frameworks, and drive the further development of our agile operating model.

Requirements

To successfully get started with us, you should have:

  • A completed university degree, e.g. in business, natural sciences, or engineering – or an equivalent qualification gained through vocational training and relevant professional experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in designing and implementing strategic and operational processes – from conception through to successful implementation
  • Solid practical experience in managing Value Streams and Agile Release Trains, as well as in traditional and agile project management methodologies (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
  • A high level of initiative, flexibility, and willingness to take responsibility
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, combined with a structured and conceptual approach to thinking
  • Enjoyment of teamwork and the ability to motivate and guide others
  • Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
