Product Owner – Production Planning for Aircraft Maintenance (100%, all genders)

To strengthen our Product Management team in Basel, we are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a strong background in aviation maintenance and production planning.

Starting date: upon agreement

• Own product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Production Planning.
• Translate customer and industry needs into product requirements.
• Prioritize development based on customer value and business goals.
• Partner with development teams on solution design and delivery.
• Serve as the link between customers, aviation experts, and developers.
• Validate outcomes through feedback, performance, and improvements.
• Monitor aviation regulations, industry trends, and new technologies.
• Build industry relationships and contribute to standards development.

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar software product role.
• Strong knowledge of aviation maintenance and production planning.
• Experience with MRO software or aviation-related systems is highly desirable.
• Understanding of Agile product development principles.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear software requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in aviation engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is an advantage.
