Education:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Hàng không hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Có Giấy phép/Chứng chỉ Điều phái viên hàng không theo quy định hiện hành.
- Có chứng chỉ nghiệp vụ sư phạm.
- Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc lĩnh vực Điều phái bay.

- Kinh nghiệm thiết kế bài giảng, đánh giá kết quả học tập học viên, quản lý hồ sơ và tài liệu đào tạo.
- Am hiều về khai thác bay, điều phái bay, quy trình khai thác và các quy định, tiêu chuẩn hàng không liên quan.
- Kiến thức về quản lý chương trình đào tạo, đánh giá hiệu quả học tập.
- Am hiều quy định và tiêu chuần của CAAV; hoạt động khai thác và điều phái bay; chương trình và phương pháp đào tạo; công tác đánh giá học viên và yêu cầu về hồ sơ, tài liệu phục vụ các đợt thanh tra, đánh giá.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình.
- Kỹ năng vi tính văn phòng (soạn thảo slide bài giảng, soạn thảo văn bản...).
- Sẵn sàng làm việc ngoài giờ hoặc đi công tác khi có yêu cầu.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Aviation or a related field.
- Hold a valid Flight Dispatcher License/Certificate in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Train the Trainer certificate (Pedagogy certificate issued by recognized training organization).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Flight Dispatch.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as an authority approved instructor.
- Experience in designing lesson plans, evaluating student learning outcomes, and managing training records and materials.
- Strong knowledge of flight operations, flight dispatch, operational procedures, and relevant aviation regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of training program management and learning effectiveness evaluation.
- Strong knowledge of CAAV regulations and standards, flight operations and dispatch, training programs and methodologies, trainee assessment, and documentation requirements for inspections and audits.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in office computer skills (preparing lecture slides, writting documents, etc.).
- Willing to work overtime or travel for business when required.
