Summary
The Performance Marketing Manager is the driving force behind Allegiant’s paid media strategy, serving as the in-house expert who turns audience insight into campaigns that perform. Reporting to the Director of Advertising & Growth Marketing, you'll set the annual media vision and stay nimble as demand, markets, and network priorities shift throughout the year. This is a role for someone who's equally comfortable with the numbers and in the strategy discussions. You’ll lead a team of specialists and direct agency partners to extend our reach, set the strategy, and hold every dollar accountable. You’ll partner closely with Brand, Analytics, and Network Planning, connecting audience and business insights to campaign execution and results. This role is built for curiosity, for someone who wants to understand not just what our customers book, but how they think, scroll, and decide. Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Education Details: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
Years of Experience: Minimum five (5) years of proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role.

  • Broad knowledge of media channels and revenue generation.
  • Experience or familiarity with cross-platform marketing leveraging CDP tools.
  • Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics, media measurement (MTA, MMM), and media buying.
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.

Job Duties
• Own advertising performance for a multi-million dollar paid media budget, accountable for advertising performance across all channels.
• Build the annual paid media plan and budget; reforecast quarterly based on performance, network changes, and demand.
• Manage paid search and paid social in-house, including account structure, bidding strategy, audience design, creative rotation, and pacing.
• Analyze target audiences to uncover behaviors and habits that sharpen media targeting.
• Partner with Network Planning/Revenue to stay ahead of network shifts, adjusting strategy as new routes and markets take off.
• Direct agency partners on programmatic, CTV, and traditional media, with defined scope, KPIs, and regular performance reviews.
• Own the measurement framework, including attribution, incrementality, and testing in partnership with Analytics.
• Run an ongoing test-and-learn program delivering optimizations across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on media performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
• Determine the best media outlet mix for campaigns.
• Optimize ad campaigns according to geographic exposure, frequency, time spans, and other relevant factors.
• Deliver a weekly performance readout to marketing leadership covering results, drivers, and planned changes.
• Stay current on industry trends, consumer media consumption habits, platform innovations, privacy changes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Monitor changes in advertising platforms, privacy regulations, and measurement, and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Partner with Brand to develop channel-specific creative informed by performance data.
• Lead, develop, and hire a team of channel specialists.
• Ensure direct reports understand and apply our company values and customer service standards to their daily responsibilities, as appropriate.
• Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
