PlaneSense, Inc. is seeking IOC Overnight Operations Specialists to support overnight flight operations within our Integrated Operations Center. In these roles, selected candidates will monitor assigned trips and aircraft, coordinate logistical details, support crew and client needs, and help ensure operational decisions are aligned with safety, service, compliance, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do
In these roles, IOC Overnight Operations Specialists will play a key role in supporting safe, compliant, and smooth flight operations by:
- Maintaining strong situational awareness of assigned trips, aircraft, crew members, and flight schedules.
- Coordinating aircraft, crew, and trip logistics in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting crew duty and rest tracking, validations, client confirmations, and flight schedule legalities.
- Arranging details such as catering, crew meals, transportation, accommodations, FBO coordination, parking, slots, and international or CBP requirements.
- Reviewing operational factors such as weather, NOTAMs, and TFRs to support informed decision-making.
- Communicating across departments with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Representing PlaneSense culture and values by prioritizing safety, service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, internet browsers, and the ability to learn additional software systems.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a service industry required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a direct client-facing role required.
- Aviation operations experience preferred.
- PlaneSense IOC experience preferred.
Work Environment & Schedule
These roles are based in the PlaneSense Integrated Operations Center in Portsmouth, NH and require frequent computer and phone use. Highly qualified candidates may be considered for remote work. The overnight schedule consists of four consecutive 10-hour shifts, 8:00pm–6:00am, and may include weekends and holidays. The work can be fast-paced at times, requiring focus, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
