Through our Commercial Outstation Graduate Programme, you will take that pride beyond the UAE, representing Emirates Group and your country internationally while building the commercial expertise and global perspective to become one of our future leaders.

This is an international career programme. You will be required to live and work outside the UAE during the programme and, following successful completion, continue your career in an overseas market.

About the Programme

From day one, you will join Emirates Group in a permanent role and begin an 18-month development journey across our international network.

You will gain hands-on experience in commercial outstation roles, working in different markets and developing an understanding of our customers, commercial operations and international business. Along the way, you will take on meaningful responsibilities and build the commercial, leadership and cross-cultural capabilities needed for your future career.

Programme Highlights

Our graduate training programmes offer Emirati graduates the opportunity to kickstart their careers with The Emirates Group. This unique position will give you the chance to represent different brands within The Emirates Group such as Commercial, Sky Cargo, dnata, and Airport Operations.

You will be The Group's Ambassador in our different destinations across the globe. 18 Months of Comprehensive Training: This dynamic and unique programme offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the programme, rotating through the different outstation roles. Although there is no option to choose your location, this exciting overseas placement has the potential to extend up to 6 enriching years, where you will explore new cultures and experience a fulfilling and rewarding journey. During this time, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience and build a versatile skillset. Your placement locations will be confirmed as per business needs. Hence, we are seeking individuals who possess the flexibility and will thrive in changing environments.

International Placements: Experience work assignments in various countries, broadening your horizons and deepening your understanding of global markets.

Mentorship: Receive guidance from industry experts and senior leaders ensuring you reach your full potential.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for the Commercial Outstation Graduate Programme, you must:

• Be a UAE National with a UAE passport and Family Book.
• Be 27 years old or younger.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree from a university accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education.
• Have a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Provide your final academic transcript at the time of application.
• Have no more than two years of work experience after graduation.
• Have completed National Service or be permanently exempt, if applicable.
• Hold a valid English language qualification: IELTS Academic 6.0 or above, TOEFL 550 or above, or equivalent.
• Be willing and able to relocate internationally and live and work outside the UAE for an extended period.

Upon Successful Completion

Upon successfully completing the 18-month programme and meeting the required performance standards, you will progress to the next grade with an enhanced reward package and continue your career in an overseas market.
