Task Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 and 2 support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, handling incidents, and service requests
• Monitor the system and report or resolve basic issues in a timely manner
• Support integrations by checking data flows and helping to troubleshoot errors
• Assist in Oracle releases (testing, validation, and basic analysis of changes)
• Support change requests by helping with configuration, testing, and documentation
• Work with HR and IT teams to understand issues and support improvements
• Help maintain data quality and ensure system accuracy
• Create and update basic documentation and user guides
• Support users by answering questions and providing guidance
• Participate in testing activities and support ongoing system improvements

Essential Requirements For The Position

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting, with an understanding of programming logic
• Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Be a team player but also capable of working independently when required.
• A previous experience with Oracle HCM is an advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, any other language would be an advantage

Working Conditions

• Flexible with working hours (in accordance with our collective work agreement)
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
• Position based in Luxembourg
• Contract duration:24 months
