Following successful completion of your degree and all programme requirements, you'll join the Emirates Group through a structured development pathway designed to help you apply your academic knowledge, build your professional capabilities and gain valuable experience.

As a global aviation and travel organisation, international mobility is an important part of this programme and your future career with the Emirates Group. Following graduation, you should expect that your career could include overseas assignments or being based internationally for periods of time, depending on business requirements. You must therefore be willing and able to relocate and work outside the UAE when required. Please consider this requirement carefully before applying.

Eligibility Requirements

To apply, you must:

• Be a UAE National.
• Be between 17 and 22 years of age.
• Have successfully completed Grade 12 with a minimum high school average of 85%.
• Hold a minimum IELTS Academic score of 6.0 or a TOEFL ITP score of 510 at the time of application.
• Have completed National Service or hold an official exemption, where applicable.
• Be willing and able to relocate internationally and work outside the UAE following graduation when required, subject to business requirements.

What is the Selection Process?

Step 1 – Submit Your Application

Complete the online application and upload all required supporting documents.

Step 2 – Application Review

Our Recruitment team will review your application against the programme eligibility requirements.

Step 3 – Digital Interview

If shortlisted, you'll be invited to complete an on-demand video interview through HireVue.

Step 4 – Psychometric Assessment

If shortlisted, you'll be invited to complete an psychometric assessment.

Step 5 – Final Interview

Candidates who successfully complete the above stages will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview with the selection panel.

Step 6 - Candidate Briefing

Candidates will be invited to attend a programme briefing session to gain a clear understanding of the scholarship programme, academic requirements, career pathway, programme commitments and international mobility expectations associated with the programme. Candidates will also have the opportunity to ask questions before progressing to the final stage.

Step 7 – Receive Your Scholarship & Career Offer

Successful applicants will receive a formal scholarship offer together with details of their future career pathway within the Emirates Group.
