Tasks
As a metal repair technician you will be responsible for troubleshooting, inspecting, and repairing metal parts and components. You will be working with complex technical systems, ensuring high standards of safety and quality in every task:
- Repair, maintain and overhaul metal components
- Inspection, testing, and evaluation of metal parts and components to ensure their proper function within the engine system· Application of metalworking processes (e.g., grinding, milling, riveting, straightening)·
- Structure, plan, and schedule complex work and technical processes· Maintain documentation of work completed using relevant software.
- Support in fault analysis and root cause investigation
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges and optimize workflow
- Compliance with quality standards as well as safety and operational regulations
Requirements

- Completed QNQ Level 4 in a metalworking profession e.g. Técnico de Fabricação Mecânica, de Moldes, de Maquinação e Programação CNC, de Soldadura, de Mecânica Industrial, de Produção Metalomecânica, de Mecânica Automóvel
- Required: Very good written and spoken English and Portuguese skills
- Required: valid visa/work permit for Portugal/EU
- Required: experience with repair of metal components
- Ability to structure, schedule, and plan complex work processes and technical issues.
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, SAP, etc.)
