Position Description

Assist annual budget preparation, subsequent forecast updates and business reviews and assist to lead Material Management Department related IT projects from user perspective.

What You'll Do

  • Assist annual budget preparation, subsequent forecast updates and business reviews.
  • Monitor revenue and expenses per budget, analyze variances and alert seniors on risk with potential resolutions under minimum supervision.
  • Assist in liaising with Finance for departmental financial activities and support internal BUs for recharge analysis.
  • Provide support in leading IT projects of MM from the user perspective.
  • Coordinate with IT and key users to establish critical guidelines for handling of major issues and configurations for MM systems
  • Perform a service request analysis to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Handle customer RFQs, gather and consolidate internal inputs, and prepare timely, accurate quotations.
  • Benchmark proposed pricing and service levels against market standards to ensure competitiveness.
  • Coordinate with customers for clarifications and follow‑ups on RFQ content.
  • Provide customer support, ensuring smooth contract onboarding, service setup, and ongoing relationship management.

What You'll Need

  • Degree holder in relevant disciplines, or
  • Equivalent with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong PC skills especially Microsoft O365 and database applications
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of statistical applications
  • Knowledge and qualification in auditing skills an advantage
  • Good supervisory skills
