We are seeking a Manager, Digital Engineering with strong expertise in Order Management Systems (OMS) to lead cross-functional engineering teams focused on building custom responsive applications tightly integrated with OMS, DSF, CRM, ERP, payments, and other third-party platforms. This role will oversee the delivery of OMS-centric programs and digital initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while driving collaboration across product, design, and enterprise systems teams.

  • OMS Platform Leadership: Lead the delivery and enhancement of OMS platforms to streamline order capture, fulfillment, and reconciliation processes.

  • Digital Platform Delivery: Manage the design, development, and deployment of responsive internal-facing applications integrated with OMS and enterprise systems.

  • Program Leadership: Drive delivery of large-scale OMS and digital initiatives, managing dependencies, milestones, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Engineering Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead engineering pods delivering OMS integrations and modern UI experiences.

  • Architecture & Technology Oversight: Partner with architects to ensure OMS platform design aligns with microservices, API-first, and modern UI frameworks.

  • System Integration: Oversee integrations between OMS platforms and CRM, ERP, payments, DSF, and third-party services, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.

  • Agile Delivery: Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) to ensure iterative, value-driven OMS and platform delivery.

  • Quality & Reliability: Promote DevOps practices, automated testing, and monitoring to ensure stability and performance of OMS-enabled solutions.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and Business stakeholders to align OMS capabilities with organizational needs.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize OMS workflows and integrations for efficiency and scalability.

  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure OMS platforms and related integrations adhere to data security, payment compliance (PCI), and privacy standards.

  • Manage a team of engineers responsible for delivering OMS-focused digital platforms and integrations.

  • Provide career development, performance management, and mentoring for team members.

  • Manage budgets and vendor engagements for OMS and digital platform programs.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development to ensure the team remains up to date with the latest trends and technologies.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in digital engineering leadership roles, preferably in large-scale enterprise or digital-first environments.

Additional knowledge and skills:

  • Strong background in OMS platforms, React, CMS (AEM), microservice architecture, and API-first integrations.
  • Experience implementing Agile product operating models and delivering OMS and digital solutions via iterative sprints.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps tools/practices and SRE principles.
  • Strong understanding of integrating OMS with CRM systems, ERP, pricing, and payments infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into OMS-driven technical solutions.
