Logistics Specialist Lead in GAC Palm Beach

Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor logistics personnel while maintaining expertise in inventory management, material flow, shipping/receiving operations, SAP/Corridor transactions, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Proven ability to prioritize competing customer requirements, resolve complex material issues, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
Opening for weekday (Monday-Thursday), day shift. 6:00am-4:30pm, or weekend (Friday-Sunday 0600-1830, Monday 0600-1000), day shift
Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. 7 years experience in stockroom, warehouse or inventory control activities. 2 years progressive responsibility and recognized leadership qualities. CDI qualified for Customer Support. Valid Driver’s License required. Position Purpose:Coordinate the operation of assigned stockroom functions, ensuring that all materials are processed in a responsive manner and adhere to corporate quality and safety standards. Provide work direction to employees in policies, procedures and safety regulations.Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:- Monitor the receiving, stocking, disbursement, and/or shipping of material, ensuring that all paperwork and system transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner .
- Perform weekly safety audits and ensures that all areas meet safety requirements .
- Must have proficiency in inventory systems and Microsoft Office.
This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
