Sirio, a premier global aircraft management company, is seeking Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to join our AMO team in Milan.

About the Role
As a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will play an essential role in ensuring the continued airworthiness, safety, and reliability of our aircraft fleet.
You will perform inspections, troubleshooting activities, repairs, modifications, and maintenance tasks on aircraft structures, engines, and systems while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
Working closely with fellow technicians, engineers, and operational teams, you will contribute to a safety-first environment focused on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
What Success Looks Like in This Role
Success in this role means performing maintenance activities safely and efficiently, maintaining accurate technical documentation, identifying and resolving technical issues effectively, and contributing to the continued airworthiness and reliability of the fleet while meeting regulatory and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on aircraft structures, engines, and systems in accordance with approved maintenance data and regulatory requirements.
- Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and functional testing of aircraft and aircraft systems.
- Remove, disassemble, inspect, repair, assemble, and install aircraft components as required.
- Operate tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary to perform maintenance activities safely and effectively.
- Complete maintenance records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, EASA regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Interpret technical manuals, maintenance instructions, engineering orders, and aircraft drawings.
- Maintain an organized, safe, and professional work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and operational stakeholders to support maintenance objectives.
- Support additional maintenance tasks and projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Valid EASA Part-66 B1 or B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence.
- Working knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulations and maintenance requirements.
- Previous hands-on aircraft maintenance experience in a commercial, business aviation, or military aviation environment.
- Legal right to work in Italy.
- Professional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Valid driver's licence.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Type ratings on business jet aircraft.
- Italian language proficiency.
- Ability to travel internationally when operational requirements require support activities outside Italy.
- Experience working within a business aviation maintenance organization.
Knowledge, Skills & Professional Attributes
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues using approved maintenance procedures.
- Strong understanding of aircraft maintenance practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, maintenance data, and engineering documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail in both maintenance execution and technical record keeping.
- Ability to work effectively under operational deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary maintenance team.

Contract
- Permanent employment contract under CCNL Trasporto Aereo
- Compensation package determined based on qualifications and experience (licenses, experience and type-ratings)
- Salary range: €55,000 - €95,000 gross annual salary.

Work Environment
