About the role

There is currently a job opening for a Key Account Manager within the Online Travel Agency (OTAs) team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with key revenue accounts, identifying commercial opportunities and implementing account strategies to maximize market share and revenue growth.

What you will do

• Develop and implement business plans, account strategies and negotiate commercial agreements for assigned Global Online Travel Agency Key Accounts, aligned with company and market objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities to grow revenue and strengthen partnerships
• Analyze data, results and trends and translate them into actionable measures to maximize revenue opportunities
• Drive digital sales performance by leveraging data insights, identifying trends and translating them into actionable measures
• Develop a deep understanding of the technological developments, AI initiatives, digital capabilities, business models and strategic direction of Global OTAs to anticipate market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Monitor and optimize Global OTA platform performance, digital distribution channels, booking flows and connectivity systems to enhance the online customer journey, improve operational efficiency and drive commercial results
• Act as a key interface between commercial and technical teams to support the implementation of digital solutions

You fit, if you cover the following requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fluency in oral and written Greek and English
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of any GDS will be considered an asset
• Familiarity with online travel websites, booking platforms and digital sales channels
• Flexibility and willingness to travel

And you have competence in:
