Position Purpose

Responsible for engaging with business leaders to understand their challenges and goals, analyzing business processes and delivering insights and recommendations. Plays a key role in guiding decisions, optimizing workflows and implementing technology solutions that align with business objectives.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Accurately and efficiently convey stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members .
2. Use data to identify areas of improvement in business processes and help takeholders understand the implications of the findings .
3. Map existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements .
4. Validate that the business requirements are being met by the proposed solutions .
5. Produce accurate requirement specification documents .
6. Gather data through surveys, reports and other sources to support business case development .
7. Analyze data to identify patterns and trends that impact business operations .
8. Help senior analysts in collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders .
9. Assist in mapping current business processes and identifying inefficiencies .
10. Help monitor the impact of changes on business operations .
11. Assist in identifying risks in projects and business processes .
12. Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance business analysis skills.

Additional Functions:

1. Proactively identifies opportunities to improve existing methodologies, processes or other areas of performance .
2. Proactively communicates issues and status as required. .
3. Perform other duties as assigned. .

Other Requirements:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience working under the SDLC.
2. Experience working in teams.
3. Experience with Agile Scrum development methodologies preferred.
4. Understanding of software development.
5. Understanding of business processes.
6. Knowledge of SCRUM.
7. Knowledge of SDLC.
8. Change Management.
