Your responsibilitiesOwns the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for IT, ensuring alignment with business objectivesDefines, prioritizes, and maintains a high‑quality backlog in Jira, ensuring proper refinement, readiness, and clear acceptance criteriaMakes product decisions based on business value, risk, technical constraints, and operational stabilityCollaborates closely with IT teams and actively participates in Scrum events, accepting delivered outcomesTranslates business needs into actionable technical requirements and works closely with stakeholders, Service Owners, and vendorsDrives continuous improvement by supporting operations, monitoring KPIs and enabling automation, digitalization, and standardization initiativesOur requirementsDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related fieldExperience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or IT Business Analyst in IT environmentsProven collaboration with technical teams in IT Infrastructure or IT OperationsHands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and managing large, complex backlogsStrong prioritization, communication, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently in an international, structured environmentGood English and Polish skillsNice to haveKnowledge of ITIL 4 and experience with Jira and ConfluenceBenefitsWork in an international environment with access to global expertise and best practices in the aviation industryAnnual and long-term bonus schemeAn organizational culture based on trust, collaboration, and mutual supportStable employment in a well-established company.
