About the role

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager – Passenger Service Systems Transformation to join SKY express. In this role, you will lead the implementation and migration of our next-generation Passenger Service System (PSS) and Departure Control System (DCS), driving one of the airline’s most strategic transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business, operational, technology, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of the new platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the PSS and DCS transformation programme, ensuring effective planning, governance, execution, and achievement of key milestones.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, external vendors, and delivery partners while ensuring alignment across commercial, operational, financial, and technology functions.
• Drive migration, testing, training, cutover, and deployment activities, ensuring business readiness and successful programme implementation.
• Manage programme governance, budgets, risks, timelines, resources, and performance to ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
• Support post-go-live stabilisation, business transition, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize programme value and long-term operational success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of programme or project management experience, including delivery of large-scale business transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience with airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Departure Control Systems (DCS), or similar airline technology platforms, including participation in a full PSS migration programme.
• Strong understanding of airline commercial and operational processes, with experience managing complex vendor ecosystems and implementation partners.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent programme/project management certification will be considered an asset.
• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written).
• Proficient in IT (MS Office suite).
