Internship HR/People Business Partner - Start date: by arrangement; duration: 6 months

Tasks

You are part of the team that handles all HR-related matters at Lufthansa Technik AG.

• You’ll support us in monitoring HR data and assist with data collection and quality assurance
• Show us your creativity and talent in developing presentations
• You’ll contribute your ideas to the conceptual development and optimization of internal processes
• In addition, we’ll bring you along to meetings on specific topics, which you can help prepare for and follow up on together with us
• You’ll play a key role in supporting our projects and will be actively involved in HR matters from the very start
• We’ll count on your help with day-to-day operations
• Learn practical skills with a focus on various topics related to the employee lifecycle
• Participation in meetings and daily briefings

Requirements

At the time of the internship, you should be in at least your third semester. Ideally, you are studying business administration, business psychology, or a related field with a focus on human resources. You should also meet the following requirements:

• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and a written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between your bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
• You’re proficient in MS Office
• You have analytical thinking skills and a knack for numbers
• Strong communication skills, quick comprehension, and initiative make you a team player
• Previous experience from internships or part-time student jobs is welcome
