Internship Hospitality & Catering Management LHA - Start date: January 2027, Duration: 6 months

Tasks

We are looking for you as an intern for our Hospitality & Catering Management department. Your main tasks will include:

• Gain practical experience in developing product concepts, service processes, and special promotions within the in-flight service environment
• Support innovative projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from concept creation and implementation to monitoring and evaluation
• Assist in provider management and quality assurance activities in the catering sector
• Participating in cross-functional collaboration with various interfaces across the Lufthansa Group
• Contribute to daily business operations while learning about in-flight service management processes and challenges
• Explore additional projects and topics that provide broad exposure to different business areas during your internship

Requirements

To complete an internship in our company, you must be at least in your third semester at the time of the internship

• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current enrollment certificate and written proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (Gap Year)
• High level of motivation, customer orientation and quality awareness
• Interest in in-flight service and catering
• Good communication skills and analytical thinking
• Independent and structured way of working
• Very good MS Office & English skills
