Internship Data Analytics & Performance Management - Start date: by arrangement, Duration: 6 months

• Participation in workshops
• Gaining practical skills with a focus on preparing, consolidating, and analyzing data from various sources
• Supporting the creation and further development of dashboards, reports, and KPI analyses
• Creating management reports and data-driven decision-making frameworks
• Contributing to the development and optimization of key performance indicator systems and reporting standards
• Ensuring data quality and implementing improvement measures
• Supporting operational excellence initiatives through data analysis and recommendations for action
• Collaborating with business units to improve data, reporting, and analysis processes
• Contributing to the automation and standardization of reporting and control processes

Requirements

To complete an internship at our company, you must be in at least your third semester of study at the time of the internship.

• Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written Proof of mandatory internship must be included with the application) or an internship between the bachelor’s and master’s programs (Gap Year)
• Degree in economics, industrial engineering, data analytics, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field of study
• Initial experience with data analysis, key performance indicators, or reporting solutions is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or comparable BI tools is desirable
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
