Strong responsibilitiesManage the APAC portfolio of lease assets and assist in expansion of portfolioPrepare lease business cases and commercial proposals to clientsManage the transactions and contracts of lease placements and extensionsParticipate and contribute to weekly lease management strategy meetings. Prepare summary and recommendations to Director of Lease Management.Create and manage an APAC intelligence dashboardPerform valuations & cashflow analysis on potential asset acquisitionsAttend periodic industry events and customer meetings Your qualificationsAdvanced Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint proficiency. Experience with financial modelling & dashboards preferred.Strong Financial Literacy and Analysis skills, commercial acumen, and basicaccounting knowledge.Passionate about aviation and the aviation finance, aftermarket & leasing industry. Knowledge of civil aviation aircraft and powerplants advantageous.Good communication and presentation skills. Possess innovation and re-sourcefulness.A good attitude and receptive to learning.
