Group Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Group Sales Agent to join our Commercial team at SKY express. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners and corporate clients, manage group travel requests, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
• Provide timely support and exceptional service to customers and partners.
• Manage group bookings, ticketing, and reservation-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting and administrative processes.
• Recommend tailored travel solutions based on customer needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support commercial and operational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the travel industry and in customer service.
• Fluency in Greek and English (verbal and written). Knowledge of French, German or Italian will be considered an asset.
• Proficient in IT (MS Office suite).
