Tasks

As a Freight All-Rounder – Administration (m/f/d), you can expect a varied role that combines organization, data and operational processes. You work carefully and independently while supporting your team in ensuring smooth and reliable day-to-day operations.

• You take on general administrative and documentation tasks and support operational activities when required.
• You process data and transactions efficiently using our IT systems, ensuring accurate and reliable documentation.
• You monitor and process defined procedures and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations.
• You analyze operational and process data and prepare it in a clear and structured format for further use.
• You handle department-specific billing and invoicing tasks and ensure they are processed accurately.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• You have an intermediate secondary school qualification and completed vocational training, or an equivalent professional qualification or comparable work experience.
• You have good German language skills and ideally also English language skills.
• You have good working knowledge of modern office communication tools and IT systems.
• You hold a valid Class B driving licence.
• You work carefully, systematically and reliably and enjoy keeping track of things, even when handling routine tasks.
