• Performing periodic check-ups prior to training sessions, diagnosing and resolving unexpected issues, including required software and hardware adjustments.

• Using the Procedures Manual, Repair Manual and User Manual (in English).

• Working according to approved company processes.

• Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.

• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by the direct manager.

We dream about a team member who has

• A Bachelor’s degree, or is currently studying towards one, in Aviation, Electronics, Informatics, Automation, Mechanics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience working with measuring instruments, such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.

• The ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics for electronic, electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems.

• Experience using, troubleshooting and repairing electronic and computer equipment.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical thinking, responsibility, ownership and a results-oriented mindset.

• Knowledge of French would be an advantage.

• Experience working with flight simulators or in a similar technical field would be an advantage.

• A strong willingness to learn and develop continuously, combined with a genuine interest in aviation.

• A commitment to following workplace procedures, the code of conduct, occupational and fire safety requirements, and environmental protection standards.

What we offer you

• Health insurance covered 100% from the first day of employment.

• Additional holiday days for seniority after 2 years of working for the company.

• A Wellness Day to take care of yourself and a Birthday Day to celebrate.

• A mental gym to support your emotional wellbeing from Mindletic.

• Contemporary and convenient office space in the Longjumeau commune.

• Convenient parking space at the company campus.

• An extensive onboarding plan to ease your integration into the company.

• Personal growth possibilities if you are eager to progress in your career.

• An international and multicultural environment in a vibrant industry.
