Job Description
The successful candidate will be part of Procurement Department in Corporate Planning Division. He/She will ensure the warehouse operates safely and compliantly through robust governance, SOPs, controls and inventory integrity framework, and to lead governance-driven operational improvements and process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
1) Inventory Accuracy and Control
- Manage cycle count activities, inventory discrepancy reviews, and timely processing of inventory adjustments and stock transfer order reversals.
- Ensure timely reporting of cycle count results and inventory discrepancies.
- Conduct periodic physical stock inspections and warehouse audits, and prepare reports on findings and follow-up actions.
2) Operations Improvement and Process Enhancements
- Lead reviews of recurring operational failures identified through system alerts, and implement corrective and preventive actions to strengthen operational reliability.
- Manage and troubleshoot escalated Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) issues, coordinating with ASRS provider - Muratec, vendor, and internal stakeholders to minimise disruptions to warehouse operations.
- Gather business requirements and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements; partner with internal stakeholders on system troubleshooting and improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relevant training materials, and drive change adoption among third-party logistics providers and warehouse users.
- Lead warehouse improvement and automation initiatives, including RFID implementation and related sourcing or RFP exercises.
3) Warehouse Operational Audits and Regulatory Readiness
- Manage and monitor internal operational audit reports ensuring timely closure of findings and implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure warehouse 3PL partners comply with Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) timeliness requirements and established operational standards.
- Monitor and drive user compliance with GR timeliness requirements.
- Conduct warehouse and on-site audits to identify and address operational, risk, safety, and housekeeping gaps.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and support regulatory inspections, assessments, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain readiness for TradeFIRST assessments and other applicable regulatory or compliance reviews.
- Support additional governance and compliance requirements, including sustainability reporting and access-control compliance.
4) Maintain and regularly review the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), conduct readiness exercises, follow up on identified actions, and keep recovery procedures and contact lists current.
5)Conduct periodic access reviews and segregation-of-duties control checks, resolve exceptions, and maintain disposal records and verify evidence completeness.
Requirements
- Possess a degree majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Proficient in SAP Extended Warehouse Management System.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing warehouse operations with experience at an executive/ mid management level.
- Experience in warehouse governance, audit, and compliance activities is advantageous.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel.
- Knowledge and expereince in data automation and process digitalization in advantageous.
