Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Operations Executive (School Services) to support our MOE school meal programmes. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between schools, parents, students, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth meal ordering, refund administration, account management, and operational coordination.What You'll Do
- Manage assigned school accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for schools, parents, students, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle enquiries related to meal orders, cancellations, refunds, payments, and account administration.
- Investigate and resolve customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process meal cancellations, refunds, e-vouchers, and student meal administration activities.
- Maintain accurate student records, meal assignments, and ordering information.
- Prepare meal forecasts, analyse ordering trends, and support operational planning.
- Coordinate meal arrangements and administrative support for school events, programmes, and special operational requirements.
- Monitor and follow up on system and portal issues with service providers and internal teams.
- Support menu planning activities, customer communications, and new school term preparations.
- Prepare reports and ensure data accuracy across operational systems and processes.
Key Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administration, operations, or account management. - Experience supporting school accounts, food services, catering operations, or education-related environments will be an advantage.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.Strong analytical, organisational, and administrative capabilities.
