ERP developer (Shoham, IL, 6085102)

Position Overview:
As an ERP Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and customizing ERP solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational performance.
You will collaborate with analysts, implementers, and end-users to translate functional needs into technical solutions, ensuring system stability, scalability, and efficiency. This role requires advanced technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality code in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules, reports, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with business analysts and implementers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Optimize ERP performance, stability, and integration with other systems.
• Design and execute SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
• Build and support workflows, automations, and user-defined functions.
• Conduct unit testing and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Provide technical documentation and guidelines for implemented solutions.
• Support troubleshooting, bug fixing, and ongoing system improvements.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as ERP Developer (Priority ERP – must).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, database structures, and optimization.
• Experience with software development methodologies and version control.
• Familiarity with financial, logistics, and commercial business processes – advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with systemic thinking.
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication (English).
