Role Introduction

Reports to: Head of Digital & IT Strategy & Planning

The Digital & IT Strategy & Planning team helps shape how Cathay works across the organisation, enabling teams to adapt, collaborate and continuously create value.

As Enterprise Agile Transformation Lead, you play a critical role in advancing Agile maturity beyond Digital and into non-digital lines of business and corporate functions. You embed fit-for-purpose Agile teams and ways of working that strengthen customer focus, employee engagement and operational excellence.

This role gives you the opportunity to lead enterprise-wide transformation, influence leaders and teams across a complex organisation, and shape a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will broaden your impact by applying Agile principles across diverse business environments and helping teams deliver outcomes with greater speed, clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and embed Agile teams and ways of working across business and corporate functions beyond Digital
  • Champion Agile as a core cultural principle and drive enterprise-wide adoption
  • Translate Cathay’s Agile vision and strategy in the non digital space into clear, executable plans and delivery roadmaps
  • Define success measures and track outcomes to ensure transformation objectives are achieved
  • Lead change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption tracking
  • Build alignment across stakeholders while encouraging local ownership and accountability
  • Partner with training and Agile practice teams to deliver capability-building initiatives
  • Coach teams to embed Agile practices, overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and remove systemic barriers that impact delivery, collaboration and value creation
  • Provide recommendations to leadership on organisational improvements that enhance agility and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Change Management, Organisational Development or a related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Proven experience leading Agile transformation or enterprise ways-of-working change initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
  • Hands-on experience in change management, stakeholder engagement and adoption tracking
  • Experience working across multiple business units and cross-functional teams in complex environments
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles and the ability to apply them pragmatically across different business contexts
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and coaching skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to operate effectively without direct authority
  • Agile certification and change management or transformation-related certification are advantageous
