Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate Dietitian to support our healthcare and food service operations. This role is responsible for driving dietetic and nutrition initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring compliance with therapeutic diet requirements, supporting menu development, and providing professional guidance on medical nutrition therapy, food safety, and patient meal services.

You will work closely with operational teams, healthcare stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to deliver safe, nutritious, and high-quality meal solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Provide dietetic expertise across healthcare food service and catering operations.
  • Review and develop therapeutic diet guidelines, training materials, and meal standards based on Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) requirements.
  • Develop menu frameworks and conduct nutrition and allergen analyses to support diverse dietary needs.
  • Ensure therapeutic and texture-modified meals comply with IDDSI standards and clinical requirements.
  • Support menu innovation, product development, and healthy dining initiatives.
  • Lead dietetic training and knowledge sharing for food service teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with healthcare partners and government agencies on nutrition-related programmes.
  • Provide operational support for diet office/control room functions and patient meal services.
  • Conduct audits and monitor compliance with food safety, quality, and Halal requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance nutrition, food quality, and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related discipline.Accredited Dietitian with relevant professional qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare food service, clinical nutrition, or large-scale catering operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), therapeutic diets, allergen management, and IDDSI standards.
  • Experience in menu planning, nutrient analysis, and nutrition programme management.
  • Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
