Tasks

We are looking for a Junior Data Scientist, Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist who wants to combine data science with practical software engineering and work with modern AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and evaluate ML models and AI agent solutions for real business use cases
• Work with LLMs, prompting, RAG and agent orchestration
• Develop production-quality Python code using testing, Git and code review practices
• Explore and work with data from SAP, Azure and Databricks
• Use MLflow for experiment tracking and model lifecycle management
• Work with technologies such as Azure AI Foundry and Airflow
• Collaborate with platform engineers to bring AI solutions into production
• Work directly with business stakeholders to understand problems, challenge assumptions and identify the right solution

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience for Junior/Data Scientist level or 5+ years for Senior level in applied data science or a related area.
• Solid knowledge of statistics, machine learning and model evaluation.

• Strong Python skills and an understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Experience with LLM-based solutions such as prompting, RAG or AI agents.
• Analytical mindset and ability to turn business problems into practical data-driven solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.

Nice to have:

Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Databricks, SAP Datasphere/BW, MLflow, Airflow, Copilot Studio, Unity Catalog or MLOps.
