About the job CREW PLANNER
We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Crew Planner to support the scheduling and optimization of our flight and cabin crew. The ideal candidate is a final‑year student or graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields with minimum English level C1. Responsibilities include preparing monthly rosters, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with operational teams, and supporting real‑time adjustments to guarantee safe and efficient operations. Strong analytical skills, organization, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment are essential.
Crew Scheduling & Planning
- Prepare and publish monthly crew rosters for flight crew and cabin crew.
- Assign crew to flights, training sessions, simulator checks, medical renewals, and other company duties.
- Ensure efficient utilization of crew while following regulatory limitations and minimizing operational costs.
Compliance & Qualification Control
- Verify compliance with Flight Duty Time Limitations (FDTL), rest requirements, and fatigue‑risk management principles.
- Monitor crew certification validity, medicals, licenses, and recurrent training deadlines.
Operational Support
- Adjust rosters in real time based on delays, sick calls, disruptions, or crew shortages.
- Communicate roster changes clearly to Crew Control, OCC, and affected crew members.
- Maintain accurate and updated data in the crew management system.
Reporting & Optimization
- Generate reports on crew utilization, reserve coverage, compliance, and roster efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational reliability.
- Assist in long‑term crew resource planning and forecasting.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Flight Operations, Crew Training, HR, Network Planning, and Operations Control to align crew planning with operational needs.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Final‑year student or graduate in Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum English level: C1 (required).
- Experience in crew planning, crew control, operations, or dispatch is an advantage.
- Knowledge of aviation duty regulations (FTL/FDTL) preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with crew scheduling software (AIMS, Jeppesen, or similar) is a plus.
